How Do I Contact Healy Support?

You have purchased your Healy Device but now you need some support with an issue on your account or maybe with your device or one of the apps. How can you contact Healy Support? This is a question we get all the time so we decided to make a post to answer this question.

First of all reach out to your sponsor, whoever you purchased your Healy Device from. If you purchased via this website feel free to reach out to us using the form below and we will be happy to help you.

Some issues need to be sorted by the Healy Customer support team or technical team. In this case you need to raise a support ticket inside your account for a member of the Healy team to contact you directly. You cannot contact Healy Support at this time by telephone and there is no email address to send a direct email, you must use the support centre in your Healy online account to raise a support issue.

We also have a number of support groups and we will be happy to add you to the relevant one for your country, feel free to get in touch.
