1. The Promotion is open to all Independent Healy World Members worldwide, except Healy World Members and Customers from South Korea and Japan.

2. The Promotion starts on the 19th of May 2023 11:00 UTC and ends on the 31st of May 2023 23:59 UTC. The promotion is organized by the Healy World entity with which you have your IHWM contract.

3. The Promotion consists of: Receive a MagHealy for only AU$ 3,191.14. Only one Device per Member allowed. Please note that the order delivery will commence on July 1st, 2023 onwards.

4. Instructions on how to use the promotion: To take part in this offer, please select the MagHealy from your local Healy Online Shop and add it to your shopping cart. The discount will be applied automatically. The purchaser must check that the discount has been applied to the basket before completing the order.

The promoter reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely, in whole or in part, or to alter its course at any time, including without notice and without giving any reason, if for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, tampering with or bugs in software/hardware) or legal reasons it is not possible to guarantee that the promotion will run properly and as planned. Any liability for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. A cash payment in lieu of the discount granted is excluded. The promotion does not include shipping fees. Any shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer and shall be governed by the shipping regulations of the respective entity.

7. These promotion conditions are subject to the applicable law of the participant‘s IHWM contract.
